The role
You’ll work closely with the Managing Director on a range of commercial matters in our practice areas, including high profile litigated matters, with genuine responsibility and support.
What you’ll work on
· Commercial disputes: strategy, negotiation, mediation and litigation support.
· Insolvency & restructuring: turnaround work, formal insolvency processes and advisory.
· Commercial advice/transactions: contracts, risk allocation, structuring and deal support.
· Property and commercial/retail leasing matters.
· Debt recovery and enforcement pathways where appropriate.
What we’re looking for
· PLT completed or in progress; admitted in NSW (or eligible) and able to obtain a practising certificate (where applicable).
· Strong legal writing and attention to detail; confident research and problem-solving.
· Commercial judgement, professionalism and discretion; reliable and responsive.
· Values alignment: client-first, respectful, outcome-focused.
