We are currently partnering with one of Australia's largest food and drinks companies, who are seeking a Commercial Lawyer to support for a short term contract in Melbourne.
Duties:
- Reviewing and advising on sales contracts and related commercial documentation.
- Assisting with general commercial legal matters, including competition law matters.
- Effective and timely workflow management for internal stakeholders during this period.
Ideal candidate:
- Strong experience in sales contract review, commercial contracting, and general corporate/commercial legal matters.
- Proven capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
