Graduate/Junior Lawyer Position

Chedid Storey Legal is a boutique law firm in North Sydney, with a strong focus on disputes and litigation. We act in a broad range of matters – from complex, high-value commercial disputes in the Supreme Court (exceeding $10 million), to disputes in the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.  

We are seeking a capable and enthusiastic individual to join our rapidly growing practice and contribute to our dynamic team.

Our practice areas, include, but are not limited to:

·       Commercial litigation;

·       Building and construction disputes;

·       Employment law;

·       Transactions and corporate advisory;

·       Wills and Estates; and

·       Property

Our office is conveniently located in the heart of North Sydney, across the road from Victoria Cross Metro Station and a short walk from North Sydney Train Station and bus stops.

The Role

We are looking for junior lawyers with 0-3 years’ post admission experience or recent law graduates who are eager to launch a meaningful legal career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a diverse range of matters in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

1.      Assisting senior solicitors with case preparation and court appearances

2.      Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents

3.      Managing client relationships and providing legal advice

4.      Receiving initial client enquiries

5.      Managing filing systems and legal documentation
