Job Description

The role involves secretarial and administrative work.  Answering calls, filing out client intake forms and ecourts filing of court forms. 

Setting up schedules for the lawyers and consultation requests.  Invoicing on monthly basis and receipting of trust funds.  Printing off court documents and preparing the lawyers files for court. 

Full two-week training is provided.
