We are a small, established boutique law firm based in Parramatta, providing personalised legal services to individuals and families. We pride ourselves on providing practical, high-quality legal advice while building genuine and lasting relationships with our clients. 

About the Role

We are seeking a capable and motivated Lawyer to join our growing practice.

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work across a range of matters and will be given responsibility appropriate to their experience. You will work directly with clients and have the opportunity to develop your legal skills in a supportive environment.

The role may involve work in areas including:

• Care and Protection
• Criminal law
• General legal advice and representation

The precise mix of work can be tailored to the successful candidate's experience and interests.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Holds an Australian law degree and is admitted as a lawyer in NSW
• Has sound legal knowledge and strong attention to detail
• Has court litigation experience and is able to undertake court appearances, including conducting court hearings independently
• Is able to manage matters independently while knowing when to seek guidance
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Is client-focused, professional and empathetic
• Can manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Demonstrates sound judgment and a practical approach to problem-solving
• Is committed to providing high-quality legal services
• Enjoys working in a small team and contributing to a positive workplace culture

Experience in one or more of our practice areas will be highly regarded.
