The Role
Alton Legal is seeking a lawyer with a minimum of 2 years of commercial & property law experience.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on a broad range of commercial matters, including business transactions, corporate structuring, and contractual arrangements.
Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including sale contracts, shareholder agreements, loan facilities and security documentation.
