We are a small team of solicitors and administrative staff offering an opportunity for a junior lawyer, recent law graduate, or final year law student to join our firm. We specialise in advising and preparing documents for companies, trusts, self-managed superannuation funds and charities. We deal with areas of trust law, taxation law (including duties legislation in all states and territories), superannuation law, ACNC and DGR registration requirements for not-for-profit organisations as well as matters related to IP, conveyancing, estate planning and family law as they relate to our practice.
