Aspire Legal is a boutique law firm based in Bankstown, practising in criminal, family, immigration, and civil law. We are seeking a junior solicitor with at least 1 year post-admission experience to join the practice on a part-time basis (3 days per week) , with a pathway to full-time employment. The role is hands-on and court-focused. The successful candidate will have regular exposure to Local Court matters and will be involved in all stages of file conduct, including client conferences, drafting affidavits and submissions, court appearances, and ongoing file management across criminal, family, immigration, and civil matters. You will work closely with the Principal Solicitor and be expected to take responsibility for matters appropriate to your level of experience.
