JC Legal Practice is a young and dynamic general practice firm located in the Sydney CBD. Main practice areas for the firm include Commercial Litigation, Family Law, Business Law & Property Conveyancing.

Qualifications & experience
- At least 1 years’ PAE in general practice firm;
- Porperty law experience or Family Law experience is preferred;
- Brilliant attention to detail, nothing gets past you;
- You can effectively manage competing and changing priorities;
- Can work under pressure and meet deadlines;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience in Court Attendance - Supreme Court, Federal Circuit and Family Court, Local Court.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Preparing court documents, affidavits, and submission;
- Legal research;
- Collaborating with barristers in day to day case management;
- Interacting with clients and helping clients solve real-life situations;
- Court Attendance
- Review and preparation of security documents, general security deeds, deeds of guarantee, and loan agreements;
- Preparing and advising on shareholders agreements and lease documents;
- Mentoring a small team of interns and clerks.
