Duties: Reviewing and advising on sales contracts and related commercial documentation. Assisting with general commercial legal matters, including competition law matters. Effective and timely workflow management for internal stakeholders during this period. Ideal candidate: Strong experience in sales contract review, commercial contracting, and general corporate/commercial legal matters.
