Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate (5 years+ PAE). You will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients, preparing legal documents, negotiating agreements, and representing clients in court. The role will involve working closely with the Managing Partner of the Firm and other members of the team to deliver optimal results for clients.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

• Admission to practice as an Australian lawyer and a current practising certificate.
• At least 5 years post admission experience in your practice area
• An ambitious and high performing mindset.
• A commitment to constant continuous improvement.
• A strong desire to be a leading lawyer in the industry.
• A trustworthy and reliable character.
• An excellent academic record coupled with strong legal and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and the ability to persuade others on both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, with good drafting and editing ability.
• Strong computer and technical skills, including a strong knowledge of practice management software.
• Be able to collaborate and work effectively with staff at all levels in the business.
• Be able to handle multiple activities, meeting deadlines, handle pressures in a fast-paced environment.
