This is an exciting opportunity for a solicitor with a background in Criminal and Family Law to take charge of their own caseload. You will represent clients in court, provide strategic legal advice, and work closely with a supportive team dedicated to delivering top-tier legal services.
✔ Manage a diverse caseload in Criminal and Family Law, including matters related to divorce, child custody, property settlements, and criminal defence
✔ Appear confidently in court, including procedural and contested hearings
✔ Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, and other legal professionals
✔ Maintain a high standard of professionalism, ethics, and integrity
✔ Work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team environment
✔ Minimum 2 years’ post-admission experience (PAE) in Criminal and Family Law
✔ Strong advocacy and litigation skills with court experience
✔ Exceptional communication and client service abilities
✔ Excellent time management and organisational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively
✔ A current driver’s licence
