About the Role
- Full-time position in our litigation practice across family law, family provisions, general civil law and criminal law.
- Gain hands-on advocacy experience through procedural court appearances, drafting and filing court documents, and client representation.
- Work alongside supportive colleagues who will mentor you and encourage your professional development.
- Career progression within our firm.
What You will Do
- Assist senior solicitors with case preparation and appearances before courts and tribunals.
- Draft legal documents, conduct legal research, and manage correspondence.
- Prepare file notes and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues to deliver timely, high-quality advice and representation to clients.
Who We’re Looking For
- Recently admitted to practice (or admission imminent) in Australia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organised, and enthusiastic about developing advocacy skills.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative work environment.
- Based at, or willing to work from, our Blacktown office.
