About the Business Unit
The Short Courses Department is responsible for the development, management, growth and delivery of the College's non-award portfolio of programs including all Short Courses and CPD products in the Australian market.
Purpose of the Role
The incumbent of this role is responsible for providing a range of high-quality administrative services and support to the Short Courses Department. For coordination and preparation of completion documentation and data for compliance purposes.
Key Accountabilities
The Administration Officer, Short Courses will be responsible for the following areas and key accountabilities:
Program Operations & Delivery
Course Progressions & Completions
• Prepare student lists, and record attendance and participation
• Gather and collate CPD compliance data to meet regulatory reporting requirements
• Communicate completion requirements and provide assistance to students
• Assist with preparation of written materials and Power Points or live events
• Provide completion documentation and certificates
Team Work & Customer experience

About you
Education/Qualifications
• Two years' experience in a similar administrative support role
• Tertiary qualifications in law, business or governance highly regarded
Experience, Skills and Attributes
• Demonstrated ability to plan, organise, prioritise and execute multiple tasks under strict deadlines
• Understanding and empathy of the student experience
• Highly developed attention to detail
• Ability to maintain accuracy when completing repetitive tasks
• Ability to grasp complex course eligibility rules which may differ across states
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative customer-focused solutions
• Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
• Experience or ability to learn systems such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and learning management systems
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment
