About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, Practitioner Market to lead integrated, high-volume marketing activity across our Practitioner Education (PE) portfolio in Australia.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, PE, you’ll translate strategy into execution, developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns that drive registrations, enrolments and re-enrolments across CPD, Short Courses, Postgraduate programs and associated College brands including CLI, Centre for ESG and International.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Strategic Planning & Campaign Delivery

  • Translate the integrated PE marketing strategy into annual and campaign plans
  • Develop and execute integrated digital, email, social, paid media and web campaigns
  • Manage campaign priorities across peak enrolment cycles
  • Monitor full-funnel performance and optimise for lead generation and conversion
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights to key stakeholders

Enrolment & Revenue Growth

  • Drive acquisition, retention and re-enrolment activity
  • Support pipeline performance through targeted lead generation and nurture initiatives
  • Ensure campaign delivery aligns with commercial targets and regulatory requirements

Events & Sponsorship Marketing

  • Develop and deliver event-specific marketing plans
  • Coordinate sponsorship collateral, landing pages and communications
  • Support pre- and post-event engagement strategies
  • Track performance and contribute to ROI analysis

Content, Digital & Channel Management

  • Lead content planning across campaigns and evergreen programs
  • Oversee email campaigns and automation journeys
  • Ensure priority landing pages are accurate and optimised
  • Monitor channel performance and recommend improvements

Market Research & Insights

  • Conduct competitor tracking and tactical market research
  • Analyse enrolment data to identify trends, risks and growth opportunities
  • Provide performance recommendations to senior stakeholders

About You

You are a commercially minded marketing professional who can confidently manage high-volume campaign activity in a seasonal, target-driven environment.

Essential:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, business or related discipline
  • Proven experience developing and delivering integrated marketing plans aligned to revenue targets
  • Strong digital capability across email, paid media, social, search and web
  • Experience driving lead generation and conversion outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capability
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office and marketing platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, Optimisely and Google Analytics

Desirable:

  • Experience in the legal sector or education marketing
