Junior Litigation Solicitor (1-2 yrs PAE)

Location: Sydney CBD

Job Type: Permanent Full-time position

We are a growing and dynamic law firm with an established practice across multiple areas. We are seeking Junior Litigation Solicitors with 2-4 years of post-admission experience (PAE) in any of the following practice areas:

• Commercial litigation
• Criminal law
• Family law
• Taxation law
• Will & Estate

This role is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, empathetic, and personable solicitor looking to advance their career in litigation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client matters with professionalism, diligence, and a client-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients, agents, solicitors, barristers, and other relevant parties.
• Obtaining instructions via email, telephone, and in-person conferences.
• Drafting correspondence, court documents, and representing clients in court.
• Conducting legal research and preparing well-reasoned legal advice.
• Managing client relationships and workloads proactively.
• Attend courts and tribunals.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Smokeball is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure while maintaining efficiency.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Fluency in Mandarin and Chinese is a MUST.
