THE ROLE This is an exciting junior litigation role with solid opportunities for advocacy in court, settlement conferences and otherwise. The role involves the carriage of a file load, operating in conjunction with and under the direct supervision and guidance of the Director. This will include contact with clients, providing legal advice, document preparation, attendances at mediations, settlement conferences and court where applicable. This position will report directly to the Director, Elizabeth Hynes, who will also provide regular, structured and supportive file and performance reviews. A competitive salary is on offer.
