Great opportunity in family law for a recent graduate who may or may not already be admitted as a lawyer. Full-time role, based in Sydney CBD, 4 days in the office, 1 day WFH. Responsibilities Assist the principal solicitor with family law matters. Your role will mainly be the accurate drafting of family law documents in non-litigious matters, you will be required to have some contact with clients by telephone and in conference online to obtain further instructions as required.
