Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Solicitor with 1–2 years of post-admission experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for the law, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct legal research and draft documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Assist in preparing cases for court, including evidence gathering and witness preparation.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients under the supervision of senior solicitors.
  • Attend court proceedings and client meetings as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage files and ensure accurate, timely documentation.

Qualifications and Skills

  • A law degree from an accredited institution.
  • Admitted to practise law in Australia.
  • 1–2 years of post-admission experience in a legal setting.
  • Strong legal research and drafting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A high level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
