Litigation Lawyer

You will have the opportunity to work closely with our Principal Solicitor, Natalie Lim, and our Special Counsel, James Cho — a former Deputy District Registrar of the Federal Court of Australia and Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, who brings extensive experience in resolving disputes across industrial, human rights, administrative, corporations, insolvency, and intellectual property law.

We are currently seeking:

• Litigation Lawyers with at least 2 years’ post-admission experience, preferably with exposure to:

  • Commercial litigation

  • Employment law

  • Civil disputes

  • Property and leasing disputes

  • Debt recovery

This is an in-office position based in Sydney CBD (not a work-from-home role).

Preferred Candidates should have:

• A strong desire to be an integral part of a cohesive and high-performing team

• Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills

• Sound knowledge of litigation procedures and court processes

• Ability to manage client expectations and handle matters autonomously

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• A proactive, solutions-focused approach to dispute resolution
